Thank you for the software. I face a problem when I load VSTi files. After the loading, when I press and release a key on the keyboard, the sound stacks and EOP acts like the key pressed and not released. If I continue pressing other notes, I continue to hear all the notes at once and the sound never ends. So, how can I solve this problem? Please help.

It caused by the midi channels that you need restore to the default channel of your midi

It not caused by EOP, you need change channel for your Midi, find the setting button to restore the channel of midi or, you can restore the factory default settings directly，that also can work. In other words, you may clicked on the settings buttons of your Midi that caused the default channel changed.

Hi there's a bug, for some reason AltGr key is recognized as Ctrl key (when i press AltGr, both the note set on AltGr and the one set on Ctrl play). I've tested other virtual piano software and they don't have this problem so it must be on your part.

Do you mean you set notes on Alt and Ctrl, when you play one, both notes setting on the two keys have a sound? Firstly, setting note on each key is the same for EOP, no key is speacial. And we have test it, that we do not have the same thing to happen. Maybe your PC has some function settings on some key, that when you play, it works. You can explain in a detail for it, for example, what key you set on it, or you can reopen EOP to try again, or you can set another note on the key, or play a eop file with it, and so on, to find the reason, that we can tell you how happens for this. I would like you to help me with something, how many simultaneous keys can I play with the pc keyboard ? For example, I play three keys with my right hand but I can't play another three with my left hand, even sometimes when I want to play more than two keys with the same hand it doesn't always detect them. It is a small problem when it comes to songs that require playing multiple keys at once

It is the problem of your keboard, you can change a mechanical keyboard that can play all keys together, or change keys to other place that your keyboard can play together, click any key with right mouse to change.

I have installed your latest Everyone Piano version 2.3.4.14 and EOP Midi version 1.3.1.12. I find the layout of the Midi Version to be better for viewing and listening. I have one problem though, and I am writing to you to request a possible solution or alternative method of achieving what I desire from EOP / EOP MIDI. The problem is that I want to learn Bollywood songs and Hindi instrumentals through Everyone Piano Software. There are no .eop files of this category on your website. I wonder if it is possible to convert my own MIDI files into .eop files by some method or software? Why didn't you think of such a requirement from your customers is surprising. Would you consider such a request in your next version / release and inform me when available. I am also open to be your Software Tester. Meanwhile, I shall appreciate if you could suggest how to convert MIDI files to eop files with some other software/converter, if there is any such software/converter available. thanks for your support of EOP. Firstly,eop file is a special format made by EOP Music Master,that cannot transform mid to directly. Secondly, if you have sheet of the song, you can use EOP Music Master to make eop file.Finally, eop file is a play format that is not good for learning but listening.

Can we use this app to change the sound of the midi keyboard ? & The delay of the sound when I play the key of the midi keyboard is too much , the delay setting does nothing too

midi keyboard cannot make sound itself, the sound of midi keyboard is EOP in your pc, you change the Audio Source of EOP, the sound of MIdi will change also. And, if change the delay time in settings does not work, you can change a audio sourc to try.

why does dynamics work on some .eop songs and not others? I reduce dynamics in some .eop files but it makes no difference, but in others it works normally

eop file contains dynamics information, you can change during the playing,but when you reopen or open other eop file it will change the dynamics of itself. If you want to change the dynamic for one eop, you can download EOPM file and open with the plugin of EOP Music Master which can modify or do a new eop fil.

Hi am still not been able to download Metronome. I press on EOP Metronome from the plugin menu . The metronome window popped up, but it's blank. I wait for one hour but nothing happen. I tried to update my Everyone Piano software which I bought only ten days ago but the answer is : no update program is available. This is my fourth message but no response, why? I am kind of disappointed. I love this software but I am unable to use it properly. I am seventy years old and I need to learn slowly so I need EOP Metronome. Could you please help? Sorry for our late answer, EOP Metronome cannot be used since the Flash has stopped supporting. You can use EOP NMN Follow Me plugin which also has metronome funtion. And you also can download another Metronome tool to use. BY THE WAY, EOP is a FREE software. Thanks for your support of EOP

EOP can open midi file. since EOP is a special format for playing not a sheet that cannot output mid directly. Maybe will develop this function in the future, but we are not sure the certain time since we do not have much time and money to do all functions together, thanks for your support of EOP

Do you mean conncet piano with EOP? EOP only can has sounds when you play with midi, how comes playing by itself? you can explain the trouble you met in detail.
