  You can change another brower to try again since the new version of Google Chrome has some changes on download, we will modify it recently, you can use other browers like IE to download

Your advertisement for the product should have indicated that a software needed to be downloaded to play it and it runs only on Windows and not MAC. My computer runs on MAC. I feel so frustrated and misled.

  Play different songs with different keys, you can change keys in the menu, or change special note with right mouse. And you'd better connect a keyboard since the laptop is not very suitbale for palying.

When I open [EOP] file to play the music, the keyboard screen will show the pressing. This is goood, but I notice there are certain [EOP] file are using the [ESC] key as well. when it happened to play until that [ESC],whole keyboard layout will reset to default and it still continue playing . this will cause some issues. maybe you can take a look for the [He's a Pirate.eop] it play until half way and everything goes crazy..

有没有方法，可以开播 EOP File, 有音乐，但是电脑键盘不会自动按, 我说的,不是要 deactivate [小手], 因为 deactivate [小手] 会没有音乐去的 我说的是音乐可以照常播，但是有选项可以让电脑键盘暂时不会自动按.. 就好像,当我们用[EOP NMN Follow Me] 有音乐，有钢琴弹，但是电脑键盘不会自动按 除此之外, 真的很感激你们，没有你们用心的创造这个Everyone Paino, 我觉得我这世都不能圆我的钢琴梦. 你们太棒了,真希望 Everyone Paino 可以永远的一直持久下去.... Everyone Piano stay strong stay best ....

Hello there, I'm having trouble with the keys, the keyboard config doesn't have the black keys included how do I fix this? And is it the keyboards problem if it can only register 3 keys simultaneously?

  You can click any key with right mouse to change to a black keys. And you need to change a mechanical keyboard that can play all keys together, or change keys to other place that your keyboard can play together
