Hi there. Do you have a document that can be downloaded showing each keyboard key and what sheet music note it relates to?

I am sorry, we do not have such a document, and ROP is very simple to use, right side for right hand, left side for left hand, and if you know little about stave, we suggest you study numbered musical notion, which is much easier. And if you want study faster, you can buy our EOP Demon Training Camp, that can teach you how to play in a short time

You can use EOP Sheet Music or EOP Stave Follow Me to open a eopn file and the numerbered musical notation will be changed to stave model, and then you can play it like the video shows.

There is a bug in plugin manager where it made the program stopped working when I clicked on one of the plugin in the plugin manager.

You can tell us the detail about how it happens, since it works well in our pc. Such as it always this way, or just one time; how it happens after what action. You can update EOP to the newest version or restart it to try if it can work well, it not ,connect with us. Thanks for your support of EOP

When I clicked on anyone of the plugins inside the plugin manager, the program stopped working. (Note: 2 of the plugins I have uninstalled and 2 of the plugins I have not installed at all) The reason why I clicked on the plugin in plugin manager is that I want to remove one of the plugins that I have uninstalled using the dustbin button so that it would not show up in the plugin menu but when I clicked on anyone of the plugins, the program stopped working. I tried many times and it still happen and I think it happened after I updated to the latest version. Other than this bug, the program runs smoothly so for the time being, I will not touch the plugin manager. Last but not least I want to thank the developers for creating this great software ^^.

Since we need update by schedule and for the bug you mentioned we need test first, and find how it happens, since it is works well in our pc, so we need time find and fix it. And for recently update all are in schedule, for new problems we will fix in the future update, because we do not have enough time and energy do all of them at the same time. Thanks for you support of EOP, since we are busy on a new sheet music program, that do not have time do tutoral. But numbered musical notation is very simple, we have tutorial for it but do not in English, you can search it on Google, there are lots of information about it, you can know some basic knowledge about it, and for other special symbols, you can learn during your study. Besides, our EOP NMN Follow Me is for numbered musical notation, you can download it and play with. And if you have something unknown in your study, you can tell us, we will try our best to help you.
