He's a Pirate is a musical theme in the 2003 Disney swashbuckler film, Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. It is included as the fifteenth track on the film's soundtrack, at 1:30 in length and was composed by Klaus Badelt (with Hans Zimmer's assistance).
