  Hello again--Thank you for your help earlier in activating my VIP account. Now I am having a couple of other difficulties. Or maybe I do not fully understand what is available to me. I do not seem to be able to access the "Listen Now" function of the sheet music items. In addition (or perhaps in relation to that) I do not seem to be able to download the EOP software. Thank you for whatever advice you can give. Craig N. Moore

  You can change another brower to try again since the new version of Google Chrome has some changes on download and some online functions, we will modify it recently, you can use other browers like IE recently, thanks for you support of EOP
